Organizational changes position company for success in the New Year.


TAMPA BAY, FL. – December 21, 2021 – Madico® Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of Lintec USA Holdings and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of innovative window film, coating, metallizing and laminate solutions, announced today a series of promotions within the company.  

Steven Sorrentino has earned the title of Senior Director of both the company’s Specialty Films and VDI business units. Sorrentino has led Madico’s Specialty Films business for more than four years as Director, taking on sales leadership for VDI in 2018.

James Adams has been promoted from head of sales to Director of the ProtectionPro® on-demand device protection division worldwide. Adams has been developing the North American and Latin American marketplace for ProtectionPro through a network of distributors and key retailers since joining Madico in 2018.

Jim Black continues in his elevated role as Senior Director of North American Window Films including all sales and the management of the 9 company owned distribution centers.

Sorrentino and Adams both have responsibility for managing the business activities of their respective divisions to meet the sales and profit goals of each business unit. They will directly manage sales, marketing, customer service/support, and strategy, while providing a key leadership role in product development, quality, and the operational aspects of their business area.

Industry veteran, Jeffrey Plummer continues in his role of Senior Vice President and General Manager for the window film division but will now also work with Sorrentino and Adams to ensure all business segments function in harmony. Plummer has added corporate-wide marketing oversight to his responsibilities to make certain the Madico brand and messaging is consistent across the company.
