Madico’s HyTek material is designed for applications that require water repellency and self-cleaning properties. It features superhydrophobicity (the ability to repel water) (contact angle > 150°) and self-cleaning properties often required in healthcare applications. It retains its superhydrophobic properties and exhibits the Lotus effect, initially and after aging.
