R: Il toll coating e il contract coating sono entrambi servizi forniti da Madico per l'applicazione di rivestimenti specializzati sui materiali, ma si differenziano principalmente per la fornitura dei materiali e l'ambito del servizio. Nel toll coating, il cliente fornisce le materie prime, compresi i substrati e i rivestimenti, e Madico applica i rivestimenti utilizzando le proprie attrezzature e competenze, rendendola una soluzione economicamente vantaggiosa per i clienti che dispongono già dei materiali necessari. Nel caso del contract coating, invece, Madico fornisce i materiali di rivestimento e gestisce l'intero processo, compresi ricerca e sviluppo, controllo qualità e talvolta anche l'imballaggio, per offrire una soluzione "chiavi in mano" su misura per le specifiche del cliente. Il rivestimento per conto terzi offre quindi un pacchetto di servizi più completo rispetto al rivestimento per conto terzi, che è più limitato.
