Warranty Information

A warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it. When you purchase a Madico product, you can rest assured that you’re also getting one of the best warranties in the industry, and you’re dealing with a company that has a history of backing its product and taking care of its customers.

Madico film dealers will provide you with a copy of your receipt and warranty form after they have completed your window film installation.

Please retain the completed installation record of the warranty and dealer invoice in the event that warranty work is required. Film failures should be reported to the original installing dealer.

The installing film dealer will verify the claim by first determining if the defect is covered as specified in the original warranty, then checking that the person making the claim is the original owner and that they have the original warranty and dealer invoice (proof of purchase), and finally that the claim falls within the timeframe for warranty coverage.

If the original dealer is no longer in business or the original customer has moved out of the area, warranty work can be done by another authorized Madico film dealer.
