Introducing the All-New Madico.com
f you haven’t noticed, Madico is on the move! Our Pinellas Park factory, with over 250,000 square feet of manufacturing space, is producing hundreds of thousands of feet of quality films each day. Earlier this year, we provided Window Film Magazine with a full insider tour, which you can watch here. If you are attending the 2024 WFCT show in Orlando, you can visit Madico’s world headquarters and get a firsthand view of this amazing plant yourself.
New products are rolling off the lines with more announcements coming soon. And our bedrock automotive, architectural, decorative, and Safety & Security films are all better than ever.
So with so much going on, why change the site now?
History
The previous version of the site has served us well since late 2018. Over time, making changes became increasingly challenging without disrupting existing features. Managing all the content and new products became a significant struggle. Additionally, the site, developed six years ago, was due for a refresh. Best practices recommend updating your website every 3-5 years to keep up with evolving technologies and user expectations.
Why the Update?
The new Madico.com has been redesigned from the ground up. But design is only part of the refresh. We also revamped the underlying framework and engine behind Madico.com, making it primed to support our North American dealers, international distributors, and partners worldwide.
Under the hood, we have implemented a framework that allows Madico to add new applications and features to the site with ease. These future applications will help you win more business no matter where you are in the Madico ecosystem.

What’s Changed?
Navigation
The previous site had 17 different top-level choices for visitors. Now, we have streamlined it to three: Solutions, Products, and Dealers. This simplification ensures every visitor can quickly and easily find the page they need.
The Solutions Menu
Madico offers more than just window tint. We work with global OEM manufacturers through our Specialty Films division to craft films for medical, aerospace, electronics industries, and more. We ship all of our 50+ films overseas to regional distributors in dozens of countries. Architects and engineers come to Madico.com to specify films for projects that our dealers might later install. Consumers, who may have discovered us through a Google search, can find the films they are interested in quickly.
The Solutions menu guides all different types of visitors through our site efficiently.
Products Menu
Previously, different pages existed for the same product across various site sections, leading to confusion. Now, we have a unified film page for each product, simplifying the navigation for all visitor segments.
Dealer Locator
Our new dealer locator consolidates all previous tools into one. Visitors can search based on zip/postal code or use a map. When they click on your newly designed dealer card in the locator, you will receive an update email with the prospect’s contact information and a summary of their needs. Not in the Dealer Locator? Search
We’ve implemented the latest site search technology, allowing you to search the entire site from one location, using the magnifying glass above the main navigation area.
Internationalization
We can now translate more pages into more languages, reaching a broader audience. Most pages, excluding the blog, are available in 14 languages, totaling nearly 4.5 million translated words.
International Distributors
We now have a distributor finder page and a "Become a Distributor" page to help us reach more channel partners globally.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions are now available throughout the site. We can customize FAQs to be category, sub-category, or product-specific, providing more targeted information to visitors.
Testimonials
Testimonials can be targeted to specific pages, making them more impactful. Along with reviews, they offer social proof to help buyers make informed decisions.
